Once perfectly crystallised, each piece is packed by us with care and love ready to be enjoyed.
It starts as a jelly
We begin by making a soft jelly using agar agar (a vegan plant-based setting agent), then add flavour and colour to create the base of every crystal.
Hand-cut into crystal shapes
Once set, each slab is cut by hand (or carefully moulded) to create the crystal shapes. No two pieces are ever exactly the same.
Slowly air-dried for the perfect crunch
The candies are left to air dry for 10 days allowing a delicate, glass-like shell to form. During this time, we flip every piece by hand to ensure an even crunch on all sides.
