Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not accept refunds or cancellation of orders due to change of mind. Under extreme circumstances, we may be able to grant a refund and cancel your order however this is at our discretion. Please reach out to sarah@bakd.com.au to discuss your circumstances with us.
  • If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your crystal order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photo and/or video evidence of any damage to your order via sarah@bakd.com.au. We will do our best to work with you and determine whether a replacement or refund is necessary.
  • In the event that the wrong address has been supplied by the customer, we will be happy to replace the items, however the customer will be responsible for the associated costs in doing so.
  • We are not responsible for damaged or lost boxes in transit, however we will do our best to work with you in getting touch with AusPost to rectify the issue. AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, AUSPOST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

  • We do not accept returns on gift card items.
