Shipping policy

  • Current processing time is 2-3 days due to the nature of the crystals being made in small batches, hand cut and allowing for ample drying time. Please contact sarah@bakd.com.au if you have any questions about this. 
  • We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Our shipping partner is Australia post and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. 
  • If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your crystal order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photo and/or video evidence of any damage to your order via sarah@bakd.com.au. We will do our best to work with you and determine whether a replacement or refund is necessary. 
  • In the event that the wrong address has been supplied by the customer, we will be happy to replace the items, however the customer will be responsible for the associated costs in doing so. 
  • We are not responsible for damaged or lost boxes in transit, however we will do our best to work with you in getting touch with AusPost to rectify the issue. 
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges on any edible items will be accepted.
