These mini sticks of joy are a bite-sized version of our classic crystal candies — still rocking that jelly centre and crunchy shell you didn’t know you were obsessed with until now. Perfect for on-the-go snacking, sneaky desk drawer stashes, or late-night candy cravings. 💖
You’ll get 14–15 stix per pack in a rainbow of flavours, including:

PLEASE NOTE: Given that there are 8 flavours and we can only fit 14-15 stix per pack, this means that you will receive two sticks of 6-7 flavours and one stick of 1-2 flavours. See photos attached for reference. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

✨ Crunch level? Varies! But if you’re after maximum crunch, pop your stix out of the pack and let them chill on a plate in a cool, dry spot for a couple of days to level up that crystal magic.
💔 PSA: They’re delicate little things. Some might arrive a bit cracked, but they’re still every bit as tasty and addictive.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.
Tracking information is sent via email as soon as your order is packed and ready to be shipped.

Being a small team, it can take us 3-5 business days to have your order packed and shipped. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking info. We ship all parcels using Australia Post. For any queries on the status of your order, please reach out via the shop chat or email sarah@bakd.com.au.

Our crystal candy is made using Agar Agar powder which is a gelatinous substance derived from red seaweed. This makes our delicious crystals vegan given that the agar agar contains no animal products.
Our crystals also contain granulated sugar as well as various colours and flavourings.
While the crystals are gluten free, we are not a GF registered kitchen. However, as we only prepare crystal candy in our warehouse, we are confident that there is no cross-contamination.
Some of our crystals may have sharp edges, so please proceed with caution if sharing with young children.

Founder's Note - From Sarah
I never planned to start a candy brand.. it kind of just happened.
Back in 2020, when the world had shut down, I was just a mum in my kitchen experimenting and trying to keep that creative spark alive. That’s when I discovered Japanese crystal candy. What immediately caught my attention was how beautiful it looked — these little sparkling pieces that almost looked like edible jewels. I just had to try making them for myself.
What started as a simple kitchen experiment slowly grew into something much bigger. Over time, more and more people discovered Bak’d and fell in love with crystal candy just like we had. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just about candy and started becoming a community of people who share in the joy, the colour and the sparkle.
If you choose to purchase from Bak’d, please know that we are forever grateful. Never in my wildest dreams did I think a tiny kitchen project would grow into Australia’s biggest crystal candy brand — or more importantly, a beautiful community of people who have supported us from day one.
