Courtney has been one of our loyal crystal candy fans since the early days, so we invited her to create her very own bundle filled with her favourite Bak’d treats.

I purchased after seeing many ads for these. After receiving them and trying with multiple people; I have yet to find someone who actually likes the flavour. It's a strong artificial flavour for most; especially the grape, peach, and marshmallow.
The texture is amazing though, however I probably won't be purchasing unless naturally flavoured options become available.

from the packaging to the product it is presented so well. The candy looks beautiful and is lovely and crunchy. however they don't have much flavour. You can smell the favour but once you bite in they isn't really any favour they all kinds taste the same. so that was a bit disappointing .

this is my first time purchasing from Bak’d and i must say i highly recommend their product based on this first order!
the crystal stix make it convenient to just snack on because of its thin shape but most of all the crunch on the outside and jello consistency inside is so satisfying.
i doubted the flavours would taste artificial but they actually taste really authentic, i love it!

I never planned to start a candy brand.. it kind of just happened.
Back in 2020, when the world had shut down, I was just a mum in my kitchen experimenting and trying to keep that creative spark alive. That’s when I discovered Japanese crystal candy. What immediately caught my attention was how beautiful it looked — these little sparkling pieces that almost looked like edible jewels. I just had to try making them for myself.
What started as a simple kitchen experiment slowly grew into something much bigger. Over time, more and more people discovered Bak’d and fell in love with crystal candy just like we had. Somewhere along the way, it stopped being just about candy and started becoming a community of people who share in the joy, the colour and the sparkle.
If you choose to purchase from Bak’d, please know that we are forever grateful. Never in my wildest dreams did I think a tiny kitchen project would grow into Australia’s biggest crystal candy brand — or more importantly, a beautiful community of people who have supported us from day one.
