Pre-Order FAQs

What is a pre-order item?

Unlike other items for sale at Bak'd, this item has not been made yet. Each month we will release a new limited edition pack that will open for pre-orders. You will have 48 hours to purchase the item until pre-order closes. One the pre-order period has closed, our team will begin production of these packs. So essentially you are purchasing an item that has not been made yet.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 10-14 business days from purchase for your order to be shipped. This allows enough time for us to make all these delish candies and ensure they are properly dried to achieve that signature Bak'd crunch before we can ship them out.

What if I've ordered other items that are not Pre-Order?

If your order contains a Pre-Order item, we will hold off shipping ALL items in your order until the pre-order item is ready. If you want your items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Can I cancel an order containing a Pre-Order item?

We will allow a cancellation period of 24 hours AFTER the pre-order period has ended. After that, we are unable to cancel any orders as the candies will have gone in to production and specifically reserved for you.
